Rule Breaker!

Today, I am being a rule breaker, posting twice in one day.  Farley posted her Currently Linky Party and I just had to join.  So here's what I am doing, thinking, and feeling currently!

As far as my pageant title, when I was laid off from my previous district, along with 19 others, my school gave out awards to everyone at a little ceremony.  I was given sparklers for being the "spark" that got things going at my school.  I still remember the day and the nickname so fondly.  I hope and pray that I get to go back to my friends and my fabulous school family!

Currently April

For the first time ever on my little blog here, I am posting twice in one day!  Farley at Oh Boy 4th Grade is having her Currently Linky Party and I just could not wait!  Here it is!

I would love the super power that makes all food that is deliciously unhealthy magically healthy.  As much ice cream, chips, and chocolate as I want?  I am in!  What would your super power be?  Link up to share!  (I kept it short.  I'm not in trouble right?)

March Currently

I am linking up with Farley for her monthly currently linky.  Here are my current thoughts. 

Ok.  So I know I cheated a little, but there are not a lot of words that describe me to start with K!  So I improvised.  And in case you noticed a trend, after three days without power, I am definitely ready for it to return.  Right.  Now.  Happy March y'all.

Currently February

I am linking up with  Farley again for her monthly currently.  And of course, I created mine in the adorable poster she made, but once again I cannot figure out how to get it onto a blog post!  So here it is, old school style!

• LISTENING to The Chew as they talk about the traditions of the '50s.  Jello molds anyone?
• LOVING that I got my invitation to join Birch Box today.  I have been on the wait list forever!
• THINKING I wish it would snow.  I know, I know.  I am not normally a winter person either, but seeing grass in Northern Michigan in February is just weird.
• WANTING a pair of Mickey Mouse ears like they are wearing on The Chew.
• NEEDING my unemployment to go through.
• RAK I am donating a small amount of money to my church's TLC (Together Lifting Children) program.

Welcome & January Currently

Hello out there.  After blog stalking for over a year, I have finally decided to start my own!  So welcome to my little corner of the world.  This year, I am a teacher without a classroom.  So I am spending the year being a stay at home aunt and organizing my teaching life while waiting for the job of my dreams.  So, if you are here reading this, welcome and I hope you come back again! 

I am linking up with Farley's currently, only mine will not be as snazzy.  At this point, I cannot figure it out how to fancify it, so text will have to do!
